NDT – Nondestructive Testing, Non-destructive tests are an integral part of the manufacturing process of various equipment in the industry in general. Allow control of the properties of materials, saving time and money, and allow the material tested intact back to the workplace after the test.
Common methods of NDT include:
- Ultrasonic Test;
- Magnetic Particle Test;
- Liquid Penetrate Test;
- Radiography Test;
The witness of these tests is done by experienced inspectors and on some occasions, qualified professional is required in a particular mode.
The verification test NDT may occur separately or as one stage of manufacturing raw material for validation.
Inspections Port Area – Shipment / Discharge: Complemented Inspection activities, we also tracking Shipment / Discharge equipment and materials in port regions.
The results are consolidated through INSPECTION REPORTS, which can be issued daily or longer period as agreed with the customer, along with photographic records of the analyzed process.
