The Diligence is the principle of verification of compliance of the contracted term to supply a particular product. Our expediters are trained professionals, with conditions to identify possible points during the manufacturing process that may impact the contract period.

With a focus toward process analysis, it appears essential steps that may influence the delivery date:
- Engineering;
- Shopping;
- Receiving and Storage of Raw Material;
- Mounting;
- Shipment;
- Process Documentation;

The Expediting can occur through periodic visits (weekly, biweekly, monthly) or permanent performance (resident) providers of customer interest.
At the end of each visit or period, is issued a REPORT OF DILIGENCE, which will reveal the status / progress of the manufacturing process. Thus, the client can identify if any delays occur with respect to the contracted period and intervene in the best way, in order to minimize the impacts.
